If your purchase did not meet your expectations, please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
- All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached, as received.
- When trying on items, please avoid the use of scented deodorants, colognes, or perfumes to prevent damage or alteration.
- If your item is eligible for return or exchange, please use the return form via the provided return link to initiate the process.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated using form, within 10 days of delivery.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you promptly.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Due to hygiene considerations, personal items such as underwear is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
