Can I return product after ordered? 

You can return or exchange unused, new product within 20 days of initial ship date.  Under garments are and sale items are final sale.  Those items are not subject to returns or exchanges.

Is your site secure?

Our site is protected by the industries leader in payment processing, Authorize.net.  Ekcpt has selected the highest security options to ensure customer privacy, security, and confidence.  No credit card information maintained or stored with Ekcpt. 

What payment forms are acceptable on Ekcpt.com?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.  We anticipate accepting checks and PayPal soon.

What part of country does my order ship 

Currently all orders are being shipped from Los Angeles, CA.

Does Ekcpt ship outside of the United States?    

At the moment, Ekcpt does not ship outside of the United States.

What currency does Ekcpt process orders?

All orders and products will be charged and displayed in US dollars ($); all orders are calculated by the current exchange rates.  Prices are calculated daily from the current exchange rates and are approximate only. The final price is fixed and will be charged in $. The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.
